Seeing AI: the app for people with visual impairments is now available on Android
The Seeing AI application, made available by Microsoft, is aimed at people with visual impairments, allowing the use of the phone’s camera to describe short texts, scenarios and people. With the introduction of the latest AI technology, it can now provide an age estimate and describe the emotional state of captured people, as well as assist in locating objects in the surrounding environment or searching for information in documents.
The application was only available for the iOS system for 6 years and now is available a version for Android.
