GENEE is a working group of Instituto Superior Técnico for issues related to Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the areas of teaching, scientific research, community service provision and the general functioning of the institution.

GENEE does not have deliberative power, but it is rather consultative, monitoring and forwarding the different issues concerning students with Special Educational Needs.
